Clean Room Equipment
Fan Filter Unit Clean room System

The FFU System is a filteration and cleaning technology designed to attach Standardized ceiling units. Now, it is used only for the elite suites: domestic or Foreign. It's very useful to keep the manufacturing line partly clean.

FFU Unit
The FFU consists of a main body, and ULPA Filter, and Fan.

Local Control (LCU)
This is attached to the FFU's main body, and transmits an On/Off control and blockage report to the FFU watchmen.

AL Mould Frame
Al Mould Frame set up FFU and Celing Panel, directly install Lighting Apparatus, Light Weight Load Partition, Eyelid, and Automatic Conveyance Equipment.

Multi Control Unit (MCU)
When the LCU is overriden, it will combing other LCU's into several groups and relay between the LCU and Host Computer Unit (HCU).

Dry-Coil
This sets up along the lower part of the of the corridor floor. It is a dry type of cooling coil which controls the circulating air using cold water.

Eyelid
This controls the quality of air current and its purity, as it is directly into the AL Mould Bar Frame Equipment.

ULPA Filter & hepa Filter
You can use the ULPA Filter according to purity of the room's air. It has both a Gasket and tight Seal Type.

Blind Panel
This is fixed (with Bracket) to the ceiling instead of to the FFU.

Lighting Apparatus (Acrylic lover attached)
AS a tear drop type of lighting apparatus, it is installed to the bottom of AL Mould Bar Frame.

FFU Monitor (HCU)
It controls the FFU through the FFU's LCU and MCU.

Wall Partition
Dividing the C/R inside from out, it is fixed to the Al Mould Bar Frame.

Auto-Conveyance Equipment
Auto-Conveyance Equipment for Overhead travelling cranes can be directly installed to AL Mould Bar Frame.

No upper filter pollution source can't penetrate the clean room system.
The air quality's algebraic control is centrally located and maintained easily.

The product is easily installed or any building, if it has enough height.
